Passed away on Sunday January 6, 2019 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Barbara is survived by her husband Dean Fagnan; children Lori Vincent, Norma Guiboche, David Bradley, Christina Fagnan, Caitlin Fagnan and Nathaniel Genaille; grandchildren Cherish Fagnan and Nehemiah Fagnan- Harper; siblings Walter Guiboche and Shirley Guiboche.

A service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday January 18, 2019 at 5pm at the Inner-City Youth Alive Church 418 Aberdeen Ave.
