Kara Boo (South Star Woman) Pruden

Passed away unexpectedly on Friday February 8, 2019 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Kara leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Kairi Pruden; mother Marilyn Pruden; father Colin Traverse; siblings Ashley Pruden (Afonz Gladue), Ashtin, Augustine, Augustus, Douglas and Seithen,  Stephanie, Colin Jr., Leonard, Elliott, Alphonse, Faith,; nieces and nephews, Adrianna, Kaison, Cashis, Sage, Halo, great niece Alianna, Justin, Madison, Stephen, Maykayla, Troy, Bradley, Shanelle, Tiffany, Faron, Tyson, Chloe, Donovan, Tianna, Serena, Hannah, Brooklyn; grandfather Oliver Pruden; aunties Norma Thompson, Katy Pruden, Delma  (Earl) Brass ,Sharon (Terry) Pruden, Margaret Pruden and Denise (David) Pruden; uncles George McLean and Michael Pruden; aunties Cheryl (Adrian) Sinclair of Winnipeg, Karen (Ernest) Gabriel of Portage La Prairie, Mb, Priscilla (Walter) Robinson of Lake St Martin, Mb, Lorna Sumner Dauphin River, Mb, Gertie Traverse of Vancouver, B.C., Elaine Henderson of Wpg; uncles Greg (Ruby) Traverse of Wpg., George (Loretta) Traverse of Wpg., and Oliver Traverse of Vancouver B.C.,; numerous cousins too many to mention. Predeceased by her grandmother Clara Pruden of Little Saskatchewan; uncles Douglas and Karl Pruden; grandmother Jessie Treverse, grandfather Harry Traverse; sister Tanya Marsden; uncles Leonard and Calvin Traverse; aunties Norma and Leanne Traverse, and Christine Hildebrand.

Wake service will be held on Friday February 15, 2019 from 7pm – 7am at Eternal Grace Funerals 1111 Logan Ave at McPhillips St. Wake service will continue Saturday February 16, 2019 from 8:30am till 1 pm Sunday February 17, 2019 at 300 Milton St. Cremation to follow.

Pallbearers will be Colin Jr., Leonard, Elliott, Felix, Afonz and Max.

Honorary pallbearers will be Trevor Mclean, all family members and friends.
