Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend: Joan Ann Fosseneuve, on February 19, 2023, in Winnipeg, at the age of 59.
Joan is survived by her mother Martha Edwards; her siblings Fletcher (Cyndi), Josephine (Charles), John, Maureen, Gilbert (Dave), and Kenny; and her children Lisa, Christopher, Leslie, Georgina, and Krystal.
She was predeceased by her father Kenneth Edwards; her life partner William Preece (Bill); sisters Julie, and Mary Jane; brother Henry; and her son Matthew Fosseneuve.
Joan came into this world at the tender weight of only 3lbs. She was born in the Pas, Manitoba and she moved to Winnipeg, MB in 1971, at the age of 8 years old.
When you think of Joan, please celebrate the wonderful memories you have of her. As she will be missed by all of her many uncles, aunts, cousins, and numerous friends.
Prayers:
Wake service/feast will be held on Thursday, March 2, 2023, from 6pm - 10pm at Eternal Grace Funerals.
Funeral service will follow on Friday, March 3, 2023, at 12:30, also at the chapel, with interment at Brookside Cemetery thereafter.
Active Pallbearers: Charles Fosseneuve, Julian Edwards, Josh Fosseneuve, Eric Stranger, Dominic Pelletier, and Kenny Fosseneuve.
