Keira Lynn Owen

On Sunday morning, August 22, 2021, Keira Owen passed away at the age of 12 at her home in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Keira was born on December 23, 2008, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, daughter of Roxanne Owen and Felix Owens.

She was survived by her parents Roxanne Owen and Felix Owens, 3 older sisters Kary, Sabrina and Rena Owen, 5 brothers Nathaniel, Nathan, Liam, Jaycee and Theo Owens, 3 nieces Prescilla, Cieanna Owen and Ellie Keeper and 1 nephew Noah Owen, her aunt Gwendeline Owen, her cousins Abigail, Sevannah, Tj, Ciara and Lily Owen, her great great grandma Maryann Owen, her brother in laws Gerald Harper, Chandler Keeper and Preston Keeper and family pets Cleo and Lucky. 

She is predeceased by her grandma Evelyn Owen, aunt Priscilla Owen and family member Jacob Owen

You were here one moment then you were gone. We had no idea what was going on, the sadness in our hearts is so hard to bear, thinking you thought no one cared. The emptiness, loneliness, and pain you were dealt, makes it hard for us to understand what you had felt. How we wish we could have taken it all away, if only we knew what you were thinking that day. A thousand words or tears won’t bring you back to stay. For God said it was time to go his way, you are now safe in heaven with all the angels above. They will take care of you and give you, their love. Our love for you will always remain, never forgotten, never the same.

A wake service will be held on Saturday, September 4th, 2021, at Eternal Grace (1111 Logan Avenue) for immediate family only, 5 pm to 9 pm

A wake service will be held on Sunday, September 5th, 2021, at Deliverance Centre (1831 Selkirk Avenue) for everyone, 3 pm to 10 pm

A wake service will be held on Monday, September 6th, 2021, at Deliverance Centre (1831 Selkirk Avenue) for everyone, 3 pm to 5 pm

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 7th, 2021, at Deliverance Centre (1831 Selkirk Avenue) at 12 pm and then off to Brookside Cemetery by 2:30 pm.
