Lubomira Przybyl

Przybyl, Lubomira (Mira) passed away on Monday, May 30th, 2022. Mira (Otto) was born in 1930 in Warsaw, Poland & immigrated to Canada from Germany in 1954. Shortly after she married George Przybyl in 1956. They lived on Morley Ave. in Fort Rouge where they raised their two sons. In 2005 she moved from Morley in her last years she once again moved back to Morley Avenue to the River View Health Care Centre.

Mira was predeceased by George in 1995. She is survived by her two sons Henry and Bernard (Shirley) her grandchild Jonathan (Kim) and her two great-grandchildren Wyatt and Logan. She is also survived by her siblings Richard (Ingrid) Otto Wpg, Bodek (Kathi) Otto Maria (Dieter) in Germany. Barbara (Mark) Torchia had a special place in Mira’s heart.

Mira was well known for her baking when the boys were growing up. She always had a container full of cookies when all the neighborhood kids would come over.

Her funeral service will be held on Saturday June 4th at 10:30 a.m. at Eternal Grace Funerals, 10-1111 Logan Ave. Wpg with lunch.

 Interment will be at the Christ Church Cemetery, Stony Mountain, MB.
